Room was very spacious, especially for Japan. Staff were very professional and helpful - booking reservations for us (recommended with the better restaurants in the area). Location - walking distance to most sites. Very short walk to the market. A bit of a walk from the train station but certainly doable for most people. Bed was large and comfortable, and room was quiet. Bonus - laundry facilities, and a first for me, you could monitor the 4 washing machines on the floor below with your TV! Love Japan!

We had a super comfortable bed in a spacious room (the biggest we had in our Japan trip), the hotel is beautifully designed with a cool vinyl bar at the entrance. But the staff was the most amazing part of our stay: they gave us lot of advices on the best areas to explore, restaurant reccomendations and helped us with reservation and more. Don’t miss out on their Google Maps lists as well! Would definitely go back!

A special shoutout to Yuca, who made us feel so welcome, happy and put a smile on our faces with her positive and enthusiastic energy! Proof that good communication and hospitality is not only speaking the same language. 10/10 experience!

Everyone and everything was thoughtful to the details of comfort and calmness. The architecture is modern Japanese minimalism and the towels and linens are of excellent quality. The location is within walking distance of museums, gardens, fine dining, and high end shopping.

The staff were helpful in checking us in early and ordering us a taxi to get back to the train station.
