Outstanding location, very close to train station if you want to travel to Monaco or Cannes or go to the promenade to the beach. With plenty of cafes around to buy some meal or bakery. The building is decent and clean with nice quiet neighbors. The room is small, as a usual studio, yet spacy enough for 1-2 people on vacation.

Corinna was exceptional. Nice lounge and added extras such as great breakfast and honesty bar at reasonable cost. In room good kitchenette. Advice and suggestions for Nice were extremely useful. Good sir com and heating with a very comfortable bed. A hidden gem with all we needed and looking to return.

It also has a room service, 24/7 reception and luggage-storage. Beautifully appointed boutique hotel about a block away from the beach. Room is small but very cozy. Satellite TV is nice for us English speakers. Delicious breakfast centered around the character and theme of Menton - lemons! Friendly staff who are happy to help. C'est Manufique !

Just 170 metres from the train station and within proximity to bus stops, the property is ideally located for visiting the Côte d’Azur. What is more, you can reach the port and beach by foot in just 5-10 minutes. I liked everything. The staff were very nice, location is excellent (5 mins from the train station, very close to the beach). Definitely recommend this place.
