They remembered the smallest details of our preferences, which made us feel seen and cared for throughout the stay. We especially want to highlight Sylvana, who welcomed us every morning with the warmest smile. She made sure our usual breakfast order was taken care of without us needing to ask—she is very thoughtful, kind and attentive. A big shoutout also goes to Thierry, the beach boy, who was full of positive energy and so helpful. He took care of everything by the beach with the highest standards, making our days by the beach feel relaxed and carefree. Due to an electrical issue in our original room, we were generously upgraded to the Presidential Sea View Suite. This kind gesture by the hotel manager meant a lot to us—especially since we were celebrating our engagement. The upgrade made our stay even more memorable and romantic. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the common areas were tastefully decorated, reflecting the boutique feel of the place. Everything was done with care and style. We felt completely looked after from start to finish, with no worries at all—just pure relaxation. H

Every single thing was more than amazing: competent staff with high level for hospitality, all the staff were polite & collaborative. They kept asking me if i need anything or any support. The place were well organized, the spa is perfect. The cleaning level was so high, they made several events & invited us; sure i will repeat my experience with constance hotels because of constance prince.

River front view, watching boat come by, excellent and well equipped kitchen (even cooking oil and spices), huge semi private deck, with lounge chairs for outdoor relaxation, private the quite bedroom, everything I possibly need for a vacation stay is there. More importantly, the hosts are super nice and always want to help, they provided me with cold juice upon arrival (felt sooo good in a hot/humid day), and fresh baked bread in the morning. They are also very good in communication, timely and clearly. This is by far the best place I stayed in the two week of travel. I strongly recommend this place.
