We stayed 3 days and they allowed us to try 3 different rooms with free updates. While we discovered the area, they would help us transfer our luggage discreetly. From the grand chalet, we loved finding donkeys and goats right outside from the patio. Watched the sunrise. The sultan tent was beautifully decorated and huge. The standard room was super cozy and we would have been comfortable with staying there for 3 days. Loved Sama Heights!
