The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great too! The white noise machine (part of the clock) was a great bonus! Having stayed in Midtown during previous trips, staying in the Upper West Side was a welcome change. The location is excellent. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from Central Park and Subway stations. Loads of great bars and restaurants close by.

Close to everything, but not in the middle of everything. We had cleaning everyday, and the daily bottle of water was a nice plus. Extremely comfortable beds, great view, quick check in. It couldn’t have been a better stay.

We liked that the shower had both a detachable head and a overhead shower. We liked that the sink mirror lights up. lot of amenities in a small space.

As someone who travels frequently around the world, I can confidently say that this was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We spent 7 days here, and every aspect of our stay was exceptional. The hotel is spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious, with comfortable bed and pillows. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk to Central Park, and surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding service. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Shawn, the bellboy, who greeted us every day with a smile and a kind word. His warm, positive energy made a lasting impression, he made us feel at home every time we returned to the hotel. Whether you're planning a short city break or a longer stay, I highly recommend this hotel. We will absolutely be coming back!

Located in the heart of Manhattan, on 41st Street between Madison and Park Avenue, The Chemists' Club Hotel seamlessly blends historic elegance with modern comforts. This recently renovated boutique hotel offers an exclusive stay with top-tier services and an unbeatable location. I arrived at the hotel at 11 AM after a 15-hour flight from Dubai, and was pleased to find my room ready for early check-in. The staff were excellent, and the room was clean, comfortable, and nearly equivalent to a 5-star experience. The only downside was the view, which was not particularly impressive. Overall, everything was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel.
