Our room was on the ground floor of one of the "chalets" with parking right outside. The all wood chalet-style decor is not to my liking but despite this, the room was a good size, well-equipped, very clean & very comfortable. Bathroom too was decent size & very clean. Location of the Inn is excellent - right in the centre of town. There is no lobby/reception area, just an office in the main building where you check-in & out. There is an Italian restaurant right opposite the Inn - we never managed to get in so needs to be booked in advance!! Great place to stay when exploring this area.

Franconia Notch State Park is 2 miles away. The couple that runs the motel are super nice and helpful! They were available at all hours and made you feel welcome and at home. Location is perfect for pretty much all Franconia trailheads(under 30 min, most under 10). Rooms were very clean and comfortable
