The room is comfortable - big, spacious, impeccably clean and equiped with all necessary facilities. The breakfast buffet offers a great variety of dishes, drinks, fruits to every taste and cuisine. I enjoyed the afternoon tea, which was very relaxing. The views from the breakfast room and from the rooftop bar over Hoan Kiem Lake are breathtaking. But the most precious possession of the hotel is its staff. All employees - from the front desk, housekeeping, breakfast, sky bar - do wonderful job. Their service is exceptional. They are extremely friendly, caring and polite. I am impressed by their hospitality and desire to be helpful. They are good professionals, always responsive to our questions. Le Premier Hotel and Rooftop Bar is an excellent choice. I cannot recommend it highly enough. It is a marvellous place and I will stay here if I visit Hanoi again.

We stayed in different hotels during our stay in Vietnam and this one was one of our best. The room is not the biggest but everything is there, whatever you need. It's comfortable and the design is amazing. It feels really welcoming. We got an upgraded room with a big window. The location is really good, the restaurant is just upstairs and it has vegetarian options. The staff is very nice and helpful. They really did the best to make our stay great. Highly recommended!
