Great small family business. Owners supercool, very good breakfast and excellent service. Even if you have problem, owner very helpfull. Room is excellent, right spacious, superclean with warm blankets (can be usefull in region). Great view from patio. Location is nearby the lake, but still not far from the city. For us pleasant stay, highly recomended!

Staying at Bluechip Summer Bungalow was absolutely magical. The location, right in the middle of a tea plantation, and the beautiful British-style house surrounded by gardens make you feel part of Nuwara Eliya’s history. Our room was huge, with the most comfortable bed we had during our trip in Sri Lanka. The staff was extremely attentive and professional and the food was simply outstanding.They even arranged a walk for us to Lovers Leap waterfall, which is easily accessible from the hotel and was a perfect experience. A truly authentic stay in “Little England”. Highly recommended for anyone looking for charm, comfort, and a genuine atmosphere.

I really enjoyed my stay eventhough it was raining all the time. I had cosy room, warm blankets and big and delicious breakfast - sri lankan style, but I also got toast with jam and some jogurt. Host were very helpful and smiling everytime. They gave me some tips what to do in Nuwara Eliya, they also helped me with the train to my next destination. Location was a bit further from the center but still in walkable distance. Glocery store cca 500m. Bus stop was right infront of the house and when you just cross the road there is very lovely teashop where you can have tea and also buy some for resonable price. Thank you for amazing stay:))

The place was so clean and very spacious than expected. The interior and exterior architecture with lighting arrangements was so beautiful at night. The care taker, Mr.Subramaniam was so hospitable and helpful. It was so easy for us to make the arrangements as our needs. Highly recommended place to have a great fun and to relax.

Stafford Bungalow is quite simply outstanding! We spent three unforgettable days there and will most certainly return as soon as possible. Besides the breathtaking beauty of its surroundings, and the cuisine that is out of this world, Stafford is run by the most incredibly meticulous, friendly and endearing team of staff. A return visit to this charming colonial bungalow after a few years was just as delightful as I remembered! The rooms are clean and comfortable as always, and the fireplace added a cozy touch. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the service of Waruna was very very good! Ensuring a pleasant stay. The location is excellent; within easy walking distance to Nuwara Eliya city and surrounded by so much to do in the neighborhood. I completely enjoyed my stay.

It was a very unique and beautiful guest house. Heidi painted everything herself in the house and it looks amazing and very homy. Heide herself is really hearty and was taking really good care of us. We had to get up earlier and it was no problem for her to make as breakfast all ready the day before. We warmly recommend to stay at this place if you are looking for something uniqe, lovely and comfortable. It makes the trip to Sri Lanka even more special. You will not find this anywhere else.

The bungalow is very spacious. There are three rooms and a shared living room and kitchen. We really loved this space to do some reading, play a game, etc. The rooms were spotless and the bathroom very nice. Also the hosts were very kind and helped with all our requests. Breakfast is also perfect, a lot of options.

Amazing location and beautiful house! It felt like stepping into a museum! The beds had duvets which is a huge bonus in the colder mountain climate! Wifi worked really well in our room as well! The owner also left his number for us when he had to make short trips out of the hotel so that we could reach him if we needed anything.
