1 - The place to stay is good. 2 - WIFI is good. 3 - Cleanliness is excellent. 4 - When we arrived at sunset, there was no one at the reception, but the owner had provided me with all the information I needed, so check-in was easy and the responses from the owner were quick, and this is a very important point for me and for everyone, I think. 5 - As for the parking, it was behind the building and there was good space to park and parking was free.

Great staff, very friendly and accommodating to our needs. View of the river Elbe from the large windows in the room. Great to watch the ships go by. One window is even equipped with a mosquito net so you can leave it open at dusk/night (not so common in Germany from what I can tell). Very clean and well maintained facilities. Nice location on the terrace to have lunch/ dinner or have a drink in the evening at the bar. Didn't try the spa, but hope to stay here again and will try it the next time.

Amazing location, super friendly staff, great breakfast We liked absolutely everything about this Hotel. Our rooms were nice and clean and the beds are comfortable. The location could not have been any better. Everything in walking distance. The roof terrace was a highlight as we could enjoy after shopping and sightseeing a drink in a relaxed atmosphere and watch the sunset.

Very modern and amazing rooftop where you can enjoy the sun and sunset. Nice big rooms with good facilities and everything you need at hand.

The property is very modern and clean. The bathrooms were also great with hot showers and plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The check in process was also very easy. It’s perfect for a short stay in Hamburg.

Very friendly welcome from the staff on arrival and also when I left at 5.30am in the morning. Very comfortable room, nice hot shower and overall very good value for money.

Pleasant accommodation in quiet surroundings in the outer area of Hamburg. Spacious room with balcony which we used a lot. Mosquito nets on the windows. English speaking staff at reception. Walking distance to a smaller center with some restaurants and shops. 25 minutes by bus into the city. We can definitely stay here again!
