Heinitzburg Boutique Hotel is a restored castle with a unique architecture, set on top of a hill in Windhoek. It features a pool in a manicured garden, a wine cellar and two restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay in Heinitzburg castle and would definitely return. The staff were very pleasant and professional and the room was large and comfortable. We appreciated the air conditioning on the room. We loved the hotel terrace to have a drink and/or meal, all while contemplating the view over Windhoek or watching the sun go down in the evening. Breakfast on the hotel terrace, included in the price of the room, was lovely. We had dinner on the terrace too - it was excellent. The castle also has a pretty pool and surrounding gardens.

Situated in Outjo, less than 1 km from Outjo Museum, Kifaru Bush camp features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. How am I going to put into words how absolutely wonderful Kifaru Bush Camp was?? One can not but feel welcome when you are personally greeted by Natalia Nailenge as you step out of the vehicle.Welcome rooibos tea cocktails offered by a smiling Hambeleleni Nakapandi. Dinner was from heaven for Chef Selma E Shigwedha prepared exeptional Oryx steaks with beautiful side dishes after our evening drive. Amber and Tristan Muller - manager/guide I booked an evening drive but only morning drives are done, but these two young people went above and beyond to make an evening drive possible and Richardo had lovely sundowner drinks and snacks ready and available on our arrival at the viewing area. Johannes controlled everything fire, from the inviting camp fire on arrival back from our drive to every room's boiler fire for our hot water. Not only was our visit and drive fantastic, it was also educational. Amber and Tristan shared their passion for protecting the rhino in their care and about the 'Rhino Momma Project" 'More time to visit' is definitely on my list for next time.

Boasting a garden, Kuvira River Camp is set in Divundu and also provides a terrace and a bar. Guests can enjoy river views. All guest rooms at the hotel come with a seating area. Very nice, has everything you need. Very nice property

Gabus Safari Lodge features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and bar in Otavi. The hotel also provides free WiFi as well as a paid airport shuttle service. Loved the layout, the location and the wildlife on the property. The horse ride was fantastic and the food was excellent. Run by a lovely family and super friendly and professional staff.

The Weinberg Windhoek is set in Klein Windhoek and has restaurants and free parking is available. The rooms at the Weinberg Windhoek combine old world charme with modern amenities. Great location - we got upgraded to a Villa, which was amazing.

SAROA Safari Lodge has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Nina. With free WiFi, this 4-star hotel offers room service and luggage storage space. This place would be a great weekend get-away from Windhoek,or as it was for us a first stop out of the city on our way to places further abroad. Upon arrival the first thing we saw was a rhino in the road, it was beautiful and a good start to our journey. We loved the 2 bedroom chalet we stayed in - it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The lodge itself was well laid out and beautiful, it even had a little driving range to hit balls into the bush! We went on the sundowner game drive and got to see lots of animals on the preserve up close.

Desert Hills Lodge is situated 35.9 km from the Sossusvlei and Sesriem section of the Namib Naukluft National Park. Offering a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a restaurant.... This was my second time here within 14 months, so my expectations were pretty high after last year's excellent experiences. It was a bit like coming back home here and the familiarity of the surroundings has made our stay again very spacial. It was great to see that the amenities were still in top shape and well maintained, despite the climatic elements (heat, wind, erosion) buildings in this area have to brave. The most memorable aspect of staying here nevertheless is interacting with the staff, who go over and beyond to make you feel comfortable, pampered, and entertained. A big thank you goes out to them, as they are really the heart and soul of this place.

Located along the Atlantic coast within a 15 minutes’ walk from Palm Beach, Hansa Hotel Swakopmund features two restaurants, a bar and terrace. It has a garden and offers free WiFi in all areas. We stayed for two night in the Family room. The room was luxurious and spacious. Hansa Hotel is very conveniently located and has this old world charm to it. The entire staff was very welcoming. We had a wonderful and memorable stay.
