Beautiful and comfortable accomodation and food was perfect. They were really friendy and helpfull. They also set a fire to watch stars in the night and drove us for dune bashing and sunset watching. Perfect experience.

If you’re considering camping in the desert, this is the place to do it!! So incredibly clean, the outdoor cinama is absolutely amazing and shows one movie for the kids and one for adults, with popcorn! I just wish they would delay the movies with 1 hour, it starts to early and at the same time as the dinner so you only get to see half of the movie after dinner. The staff is super helpful. I must highly recommend Moon Light Camp for everyone who is looking for the real desert experience in Oman! The tent is beyond my imagination. It was very clean, tidy, especially the bed is very cozy! We booked the dinner and breakfast as well. Trust me those are super valuable! There's a solar USB charger inside the tend so don't worry about the power. We enjoyed the sunset, sunrise. Don't miss the night starry sky! That will be one of the most memorable experience in your life!

In fact, everything is even better than in the photo and in the description. They met us in the nearest city, lowered the pressure in the tires and took us to the camp. The tent has everything you need, a shower and a toilet. The beds are very clean. They fed us a delicious dinner, and then we sat around the fire with marshmallows. On February 14th there was a fireworks display.

Desert Private Camp - Bedouin Camp is situated in Al Wāşil. Guests can take in the views of the mountain from the terrace, which also has outdoor furniture.

I usually don't review stays but for this one I'm glad to make the exception. The bedouin camp is simply an awesome place to stay, not just because of the location and great tent camp, also (mostly) because of the host and his family. They were so open, friendly, and spent so much time with us. The host proudly showed us his animals, we were lucky to see a 1 day old camel, and then treated us on some dune bashing. After that, a great diner was served, and we met many many of his family members at the camp fire. Thanks again Badr!!

An excellent experience! The hospitality at the accommodation was warm and welcoming, and the food exceeded all expectations – truly delicious. A special thanks to the host’s son, who showed us around the city and the desert, giving us the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the local culture. We also had a memorable camel ride at a neighboring location. Overall, a fantastic stay – highly recommended!

A little distance away from the other camps and up on a ridge so the views over the dunes are amazing. The tents on stilts also great! Dinner and breakfast wonderful, hosts very friendly around the campfire. Easy pickup from local town where we left our hire car. Great experience!

The Location is amazing, the Staff and owner even better. 10/10 would highly recommend. Breakfast was great, dinner buffet was good. They offer tours and activities but don’t push you to buy anything. Great experience in an amazing environment.
