Best food we have had during our holiday. But also the vibe on the bar is amazing. And having your own ablution block made it the best. Small scale!

This was a welcome relief, as temperatures reached 42°C on the day that we were there! The campsite was beautiful and we had elephants wandering through in the night! They were very polite and circumnavigated the camp, without entering closer than 15 meters. We also heard hyenas, but they did not bother us. It was a magical evening in the bush! 

Sitatunga Campsite Maun is a recently renovated campground in Maun, where guests can take a dip in its outdoor swimming pool and make the most of its free WiFi, open-air bath and garden. The property has garden and inner courtyard views, and is 15 km from Nhabe Museum. The campground has private entrance. The location is out of town and away from the hustle and bustle of Maun. The restaurant had the best pizza and great cocktails. Lovely view from the jetty which is a short walk away. You really get what you pay for in terms if the chalets. Tom was the stand out employee of the camp. The outside shower was awesome too.
