Well, where to start other than WOW ... what an absolute gem of a place, nestled in the forest with only a hand full of other properties this accommodation really was spectacular. Pulling up we were in awe, with the snow surrounding the property, the ambient lighting and the surrounding tree's have it a magical feel. Heating was on when we left ourselves in, much needed after spending most of the afternoon out exploring in -12c ... The accommodation is very modern and upto date, the log burner is a lovely touch too, beds very comfortable which made our 6am morning alarm even more unbearable. Absolute 10 out of 10 and I'll be back later in the year for sure!

This was an exceptional place!! The entire accommodation was very well maintained, spotlessly clean and with the right attention to detail. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a Weber Grill barbecue outside (with gas). The best was the private sauna with lake view and a shower directly connected to the terrasse. In addition to that there is a private boat ramp (including boat and two SUPs). Truely an unforgettable experience!

Really loved our stay at Villa Korppi in Finland. It’s beautiful and cozy. Easy drive from the airport and not too far from supermarkets which have everything you need. It’s very quiet there. We were lucky to have lots of snow in February. The sauna experience was amazing, especially jumping into the snow and ice hole afterwards - something you don’t get to do everywhere. Can’t wait to come back!

We felt very comfortable in the cottage by the lake. The cottage is very cosy and very well equipped, with everything you need. The private sauna and access to the lake was our personal highlight. The host was very friendly and accommodating. We had a very nice time and the stay in the cottage was definitely our favourite part of our trip to Finland. The cottage was very clean and cosy. The beds were very comfortable! We went by public transport and it was really easy to reach from Helsinki. It is just a 10-min walk from the bus stop.
