Breakfast was good, but much more organised at the weekend when there was more than us at breakfast. Buffet advertised was not available when we were the only breakfast guests. And one cup of coffee served with fruit juice before breakfast arrived so coffee was cold and no fill-up.

Staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Lance came and lit the wood burner, if we had put an arrival time it would have been on! An issue with internet wasn't a problem, Michelle came up straight away to sort it out. The actual lodge was amazing, pictures do not do it justice. So much more spacious than we expected and selection of tea, coffee and biscuits was exceptional. Close to amenities and Wyre forest, ideal for our four legged friend. Highly recommend a stay

The property was well situated and very private. The hosts were amazing and nothing was to much trouble for them. All very clean and everything we needed was there. The hot tub was the highlight for my son and I and we sat in there of an evening watching movies as the sun went down.

Last min booking, had a little trouble locating the retreat - however Tiffany I believe was so helpful and accommodating. The whole hut was spotless! Everything prepped and ready for you. No complaints whatsoever
