The hotel is run by Gershon, Martha, and Ingrid. They are really friendly and help you when you need anything. They are the only locals who run a hotel there, all other hotels are run by foreigners or from the city, personally it made the experience better The food is good and portions big. The room is big and had WiFi, the beds are comfortable. The hotel is basic, but you are in the jungle. The problem with te toiletseats will be solved soon 😉 The hotel is located at the Rio dulce River and you can enjoy the sunset at the hotel or just take one of the kayaks.. It's lovely We loved our stay, and had great interactions with the family! Gershon, Martha y Ingrid gracias por todo y espero que vaya super bien Saludos Iris y Wilbert (Guille)

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

The family is amazing. They are all so kind and warmhearted, especially Martha is the good soul of this place. Food tastes outstanding, reasonably priced. You can rent Kayaks and they offer you a boat shuttle service to/from Rio Dulce and Livingston. Felt more like a homestay than a hotel.
