We were so impressed with the service provided by Herman, sorting out late check in for us and then when my brother left his jacket with his house keys in his picket in the wardrobe Herman went above and beyond to get it couriered to Auckland the next day for us so my brother would have it before he returns to the UK. The studio was very clean and well equipped! We had a very warm welcome by Shona the owner. Really close to Hobbiton. It’s like on a farm stay, very quiet and green around. Overall an amazing experience, highly recommended!
