The staff was great and super nice. Amazing room and common areas including the pool and very clean. It's a 2-min walk to get to the beach, which is super convenient. We also eat there once and the food was delicious.

I had a huge desire to come to Zanzibar, I had the chance to come here thanks to my work that let me go in advance to take a few days off. I tried two hotels, Evergren Bungalow and the Park Hyatt in StoneTown. I would choose the Bungalow every time and especially next to Paje which I loved. I think I lived like a dream there, the mix between being with the locals who make you feel extremely well on their island but also the beauty of the place and the sea. I was more than happy to have found Evergreen Bungalow, I had one of the best time of my life. It was very quiet probably due to the February weather, I felt safe (safer in Zanzibar than in London) and the food was wonderful. Within 5 minutes drive you have the town of Paje which offers bars, restaurants and a market.

Located in Bwejuu in the Zanzibar Region, 2.1 km from African Blue Divers, Zanzibar Dream Lodge boasts a barbecue. Free private parking is available on site.

I had an incredible stay at Blue Reef! The location is perfect, right by the beach, and the gym area was fantastic, allowing me to get some great workouts in during my stay. The staff and owners were incredibly welcoming and offered excellent recommendations for tours and activities. I also felt completely safe throughout my visit, which meant a lot as a solo female traveler. The food was absolutely delicious, and they were happy to accommodate specific dietary needs. Overall, I couldn’t recommend this place enough and would definitely come back!

delicious breakfast!!! small room, but more you don't need for few days. Everywhere adapter for energy and possibility for self-cooking. Very comfortable place on top of the cubes with many easy chairs and sofas for chilling. And - a very friendly team!!!

I needed a break in a quiet, secluded place, and Afya Village was exactly what I was looking for. It's in the northernmost part of Michamvi, in a cove of its own that almost disappears during high tide, and it is far enough from the noise of the main Michamvi beach or other locations in Zanzibar. The room was well-equipped and spacious enough, and the bed was comfy. The breakfast is superb, and all the food I had was delicious, well prepared. Last but not least, all staff was nice and helpful, easy-going.

Sagando Bungalows Zanzibar features a tropical garden and is 200 metres from the beach lined with palm trees.

The first thing that hits you is a stunning garden, with lovely places to chill. Our room was located on the first floor of a bungalow with a terrace, felt like on a tree in jungle :-) room was small but all you need is a bed, honestly, the bathroom with a shower was outside, which was amazing! :-) lots of friendly people, even guests Get the vibe immediately. Kitchen was delicious! We honestly enjoyed every single dinner. And on the top of all, barmans were totally cool. Always smiling with lots of positive energy. My sister and brother, asante sana ❤️
