We’ve booked stay for one night. When contacted property, to confirm we will arrive in 2 hours and to confirm someone will meet us we’ ve got reply there is no place for us.. We told we have confirmation from Booking.com, while the reply was still same - no place for us. Obviously, there was overbooking and there was no even apologies for not informing us immediately, for the situation occurred. Awful approach, poor communication.
