The place is exceptional: several small houses as rooms, kitchen and so on, on a hill top with a great view on the reserve. Take your binoculars to observe wildlife in the morning.

The staff are brilliant. The food is amazing. The accommodation is beautiful. The private game reserve felt special, as if we had it to ourselves during our excursions. I had very high expectations based on the price and the whole experience met these. Everything was catered for effortlessly.

The whole experience exceeded our expectations. The food is superb and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. They went through the trouble of making a separate meal for my partner to accommodate his food allergies. They also went to the trouble of setting up a screen and provided us with snacks to watch the rugby. We also got to see 4 of the Big 5 in one evening!

The staff was very kind. They pampered us with welcome drinks, flowers in the room, and delicious dishes. The game drive was perfect—we managed to see the Big Five and much more, with lots of interesting explanations and stories. The colonial-style rooms made it feel like stepping into another era.
