All the staff were exceptional and no request was too much for them. My flight out was delayed by 4 hours so they let me stay in my room for the rest of the day which was awesome. They also provide a free shuttle into the falls a few times a day and a turn down service in the evenings to draw the mosquito nets which was a nice touch. They also left the breakfast buffet open for all the runners after 10h to ensure we had something to eat after arriving back. The barman also served us the BEST Pina Coladas ever.
