Convenient to the airport for late arrivals or early departures and has a free shuttle. Facilities were great and clean and the shopping mall was an easy walk and had a Claro store who can set you up with a SIM if you are visiting Equador for the first time. Breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious with a great variety. Restaurant was open until midnight, which was great after a long travel day (the Jipijapi ceviche is so good!).

The room was very comfortable and the AC worked perfectly to cool the room! The restaurant downstairs had a vegan option for dinner; which was lucky as all vegan restaurants close by were shut. The staff were very helpful. The next morning they gave me a packed vegan breakfast as I was flying early! The receptionists took great care in checking with the kitchen that the items I was given were vegan!!

Good airport shuttle

Stuff was very friendly and very helpful. Free shuttle bus to and from hotel was excellent. Restaurant Cooks had a lovely menu and food was outstanding. Hotel is located opposite very large shopping mall with above road bridge connecting both places. Felt very safe with increased security around the places.

Great hotel. Great location. Very close to the airport. Shuttles to / from the hotel. Great place to stay at.
