Convenient to the airport for late arrivals or early departures and has a free shuttle. Facilities were great and clean and the shopping mall was an easy walk and had a Claro store who can set you up with a SIM if you are visiting Equador for the first time. Breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious with a great variety. Restaurant was open until midnight, which was great after a long travel day (the Jipijapi ceviche is so good!).

Great location right beside the airport (complimentary shuttle also!) Very helpful staff - helped us to buy and set up a sim card as a foreign tourist Spacious and comfortable room - extremely powerful shower! Breakfast was excellent and the food in the restaurant in the evening was great too!

Very comfortable hotel. We only stayed one night due to arriving late afternoon and having an early morning flight the next day. Free shuttle from and back to the airport was a bonus. Staff pleasant and room more than expected. Would stay again.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Wonderful staff, comfty bed, air con, great mini gym and pool. The buffet breakfast was perfect and it was 1min from the airport (with free shuttle) and 5min walk from the bus terminal (we came from Peru).

The location is nearby the airport which makes it super convenient for traveling from/to there. The shuttle service was good and quite fast. Our room was comfy and clean no complains to do, receptionist was super helpful and gave us tips about the city.

Free shuttle. Clean tidy room. Close to airport nexydoor to the maal the staff are very friendly amazing customer service. Especially Jorge he was very helpful and amazing customer service skills . Helped resolve any problems .He is a star in the company. And the people that greet you to take your luggage to your room are soo friendly will definitely book again

We needed a shuttle from the airport to the hotel late at almost 0200. The driver was prompt, helpful and met us without problems.
