Great location located near to all the main attraction, the property is on the ground floor, in case you have big suitcase, you don't have to worry of carrying the suitcase climbing up with the staircase. It is a quiet yet convenient location and the place is safe too. The AC and the wifi works perfectly which is another bonus point for the property. Bear in mind this property is a loft and it doesn't have any window but it don't really bother us so much.

The apartment is very big and has a huge terrace where you can follow the sun. Very comfortable bed and good shower . We liked the security system to enter the building.

Florence Airport is 75 km away, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. What we liked best was the extremely helpful staff! They were very nice and responsive to all our queries and requests, and even arranged our airport transfers for us and helped us with storing our luggage on our first and last days. The property itself was also comfortable with everything we needed during our stay, and was exactly as shown in the photos, so nothing to complain about. Check-in arrangements were also smooth. While making the reservation, I noted that some commentators complained about the location and the uphill walk but we did not mind that. Moreover, Siena is a very hilly city anyway, if you want to explore the city and do sightseeing you cannot possibly escape walking uphill several times during the day, no matter where you stay in Siena...so do not let such comments put you off.
