Host was friendly and welcoming.

Warren and Carol greeted us warmly upon our arrival, delivered delicious breakfasts each morning, restocked our supplied throughout the stay, and provided excellent recommendations. We cannot recommend this enough!

Located in Whangamata, 1.9 km from Whangamata Beach, Amazing Kiwi Lodge provides accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning and access to a garden with an outdoor swimming pool. The accommodation features a hot tub. The studio unit was private but has good access to the owner's facilities like the spa and the pool. We were given a BBQ set for our cooking in front of the unit, which was just great! The surroundings have a mature and immaculate garden. Claire and Ralph were welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend my friends to stay here at Whangamata.

The hosts have done a lovely job of making this a unique experience, with forest trails, swimming holes and unique outside bbq facilities.

Barry and Lesley were incredibly welcoming and took the time to show us around, which made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and unwind in a peaceful setting!

Guests at the lodge can enjoy a continental breakfast. the location is absolutely incredible - really beautiful lodge with all necessary amenities. Great opportunities to walk in the immediate neighborhood and to explore the gold-mining past of the region. The hosts, Max and Shelly were terrific and we had great conversations -- this helped us to better understand the "kiwi-ness" ... thx for that Max and Shelly !!!
