It had everything we needed for a two night stay. Hassle-free parking, a decent kitchen and we appreciated the opportunity to wash and dry our clothes. There’s a nature trail nearby which was lovely and, like others have mentioned, we loved watching the planes take off and land (we didn’t notice any noise over night). A great base for exploring Queenstown and Arrowtown.

Situated in the heart of Gibbston, Kinross also features a Cellar Door and a winery Bistro. Fabulous location. Fabulous facilities that was very spacious. Absolutely love that we could take our fur babies.

Watching the baby bunnies playing on the lawn were an added bonus

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the rooms were beautifully designed—cozy, clean, and luxurious. Loved the gourmet breakfasts. Can’t recommend it enough—this place is a gem!
