Friendly staff, exceptional service and they even have little puppies at the property to welcome you. The food was amazing and the stay was one of the best I ever had. If you want to feel at home this is the place to be. You have to stay here if you plan on doing the gorilla tracking, really you will thank me later. Shuttle services are provided at an additional fee. Absolutely brilliant hotel. We could not have been made to feel more welcome by all the staff. The accommodation was really comfortable and we really appreciated all the little touches like the hot water bottles and fire being lit in our room at night, to keep us cosy. The staff could not have done more to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Would definitely recommend and come back here again.
