We absolutely loved everything about the hotel: the facilities, the staff, the cleanliness, the breakfast. The pool was very pleasant and there was a lifeguard present during the opening hours. The staff was all extremely helpful and very polite, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Breakfast had a good variety, catering to different cultures and considering dietary restrictions as well. The apartment itself was big, clean and well furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The kitchen did not have all the ustensiles you may need, but it was decently equipped. We didn't have a washing machine in the apartment (as opposed to a different hotel from the same chain that I visited in Dubai earlier in the year), but there was a self-serve laundry facility in the hotel. Internet speed was good as well. We knew the location was very far away from Dubai city center. The free shuttle bus would leave 4 times a day (8 AM, 10 AM, 12 PM and 2 PM). I recommend you book one day before, we had one day when too many people showed up and there was not enough room on the bus, so those without a booking could not ride. We never grabbed the free shuttle back to the hotel though. We used to take it to the first stop, where we grabbed the metro at Dubai Investments Park. Unlimited 7 day metro card was great value for money.
