Beautiful room & hotel with incredible views above and across Sarande. The hotel has recently opened and has been renovated beautifully with every detail thought of. The rooms are spacious, well designed, clean & very comfortable. It is a family run business and all were lovely and very accommodating- nothing was too much trouble (thank you again to Endri, Florian & Joana- I’ll see you guys next year hopefully🫶🏻) The buffet breakfast was delicious & varied and the dining area was the perfect place to enjoy some peace while overlooking the pool and city.

Wonderful hotel. The best location in Seranda. The staff is great all ways smelling , kind and helpful. Rooms are big , clean and comfortable. I recommend to take a room with a view to sea the beautiful sunset and sunrise. Many restaurants and shop around you. You really feel at home. Thank you for wonderful hospitality and great vacation.

The hotel was perfect for my stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful with everything, always with a smile. Breakfast was really good with a lot of choices and fresh food. The location is amazing, everything you need is just a short walk away shops, restaurants and the main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Honestly, it felt very convenient and easy staying here. I would definitely recommend it and would happily come back again.

Friendly hosts, always there to help with anything you need. Clean and tidy, private parking, in the shade, in the yard of the house. The private beach is 5 steps from the apartment, with sunbeds and umbrellas provided (free of charge), first welcome drink on the beach, free of charge. they have a small bar on the beach within the apartment. On the day of departure, they allowed us to leave the car all day and stay on the beach. The location is perfect, you have everything within a 2.3-minute walk, excellent restaurants, shops, the port within 10 minutes. easy walk, as well as the center. For every recommendation and we will come back again.

Really helpful staff gave advice on where to eat (although I didn't love the food in Albania), where to swim and how to get around, really clean room, great location just 5 minutes from the port. Beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet.

This hotel is exceptional not only for its design, modernity and cleanliness and the approach of the staff, but also specifically the owner. We had an accident here and the owner personally helped us with both the hospital and contact with other authorities. We felt really at home and safe here. The best place to stay near Saranda!Truly amazing! . The rooms are luxurious, with big balconies, beautifully made bathrooms and comfortable beds. The staff is extremely helpful and hospitable. I could not recommend this place more highly!
