I had a wonderful experience at Bujtina Sophie! The rooms were exceptionally clean, very comfortable, and the the view was incredible. The host and his family were very very kind to us and went to great lengths to make it us comfortable. They were flexible with our eating hours and checking out. It was so nice to see them work together as a family. Also, the place is a bit remote but that’s why we loved it so much. You really feel like you are in a small local village. We went on a hike one day just next to the accommodation. It’s very special to be able to walk in nature with literally nobody else. We would highly recommend this place!!

When are you asking how to get to a place and owner coming to pick you up, this is a place i will surley recomand. A few minutes drive from nice city , above the river, in a big, comfirtable room, very clean. Surrounded with nice place to sit and relax, big garden. Very good envoroment, and above all perfect staff. Very helpfull, very professional, taking care of all your needs. Food is fresh and fantastic.breakfast and dinner. Also got a discount for taking a rafting trip.was perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay here. If you are looking to slow down, relax, immerse yourself in the nature, then this is the right place for you :) The owners (that built the house themselves!) make sure you feel extra welcome. The delicious dinner and breakfast are a cherry on top! It's worth noting that the house is far away from the village (20-30 mins walk on a steep road). Or you can always text Gilberto to bring you up or down with 4x4. For us the location was a plus but it's good to know.

The couple is very attentive and friendly - we felt like we stayin at our family and we talked a lot via google translate :) the breakfast is very good - all the products from their garden and there is a lot of cute cats around to play with! The location is super quiet and secluded which was a benefit for us but...

The welcome and the helpfulness of maradona, the owner, he went out if his way to satisfy all our needs, he even drove us to grijokaster Castle in his own car free of charge. Rooms are very clean too and the food in the restaurant was good and inexpensive.

Hotel Gjirokastër is located 300 metres from the centre, in a part of town famous for numerous museums.
