EXCELLENT staff and service - very friendly and helpful. Very accommodating picking us up from airport when it was delayed until 1am. Every need taken care of. They gave recommendations for sight seeing and food. Great location easy walk to lots of things. Such friendly staff, they really did become like family during our stay there. Could not recommend not recommend hotel Kloest more. Looking forward to coming back and telling others about it. We woke up late in the morning, but they still accommodated us with delicious breakfast and fresh coffee. Great value for the price. What a wonderful experience! Thank you Kloest staff!!!

The accommodation is lovely and modern. Our hosts were helpful and friendly. We loved little Diva, the front of house pet! Very good position and close to the Promenade Walk. Highly recommend this stay.

What a fantastic place to stay at. The room was so lovely, the bed and pillows were amazing, we had the best sleep there. Great shower & bathroom. It was a 10 minute walk to the wonderful restaurants along the beach. Lots of great bars in the street that the hotel is in, including their very own. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful and so much of it. The staff were all so lovely, we could not fault the hotel at all. We stayed 3 nights, but wish we could have stayed longer.

This hotel gives you a lot of value for your money. It is located at 15 minute walking distance from the beach, boulevard and tourists spot. Tons of coffee places, Bakeries and grocerie shops nearby. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. A large bed and small fridge. WiFi worked super fast ⏩. The shower was very good and everyday the nice cleaning ladies cleaned the room. In the morning breakfast was being prepared, no buffet but freshly and it was one of the better breakfasts I've had in a while. Freshly baked eggs, sausages and cheese. You have the breakfast in the bar under the hotel, wich is a lively place where many locals come for a morning coffee or breakfast. The staff gave me such welcoming feeling, always genuinely friendly and helping me with everything. They really know how to treat their guests and I have no words to express how great they all were.

Fresh and clean hotel, updated to the latest standards, very comfortable beds, but above everything is the service, staff is very positive, professional, helpful and the food/drinks are so tasty and fresh! I recently stayed at Nayel Hotel and had a fantastic experience. As a new hotel, it boasts great facilities and a wonderful receptionist who made me feel very welcome. The terrace is a lovely spot to relax, and everything was very, very clean. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel's proximity to the beach is incredibly convenient. I would definitely return. Highly recommended!
