We arrived in the dark and woke up to such beautiful natural surroundings! The cabins are clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. They are literally just 30 meters from The Blue Eye. The staff who greeted us were incredibly kind and warm, providing amazing service throughout our stay. The included breakfast was delicious - just be sure to let them know in advance if you’re vegetarian. The off-season price was truly great as well. It’s an incredible place that beautifully respects nature while still offering great, comfortable, affordable, and unique accommodations. We’d definitely recommend it!

The food was amazing (great breakfast buffet & amazing restaurant for the night, we took the Carbonara twice because we liked it so much) the staff is very friendly & the location / view from the pool is really extraordinary. The place felt peaceful and quiet, rooms are large and with nice interior.

We had a nice stay at the villa. It is a heavenly place !! right in the middle of nature, with lots of trees and flowers. 5 min walk to the blue eye 👌 The team, especially the young man, was very dedicated and attentive to us. Breakfast is great as well , next to the river 🥰 The flat was a bit humid, but overall very comfortable. One small downside was the lack of information about the on-site restaurant, which is closed during the low season. Fortunately, we had a car and were able to drive to a supermarket about 30 minutes away. Also, just be aware that access to the property is limited to certain hours due to a gate at the entrance. Apart from that , it is very beautiful :-) we definitely recommend villa Syria Kalter 😁

The staff is helpful...the kitchen not ready yet at night , host goes down to the city to bring dinner for us it was so delicious traditional food . Place is so quiet and stunning view to the mountain and village. It's a new property and you can notice that . We had low expectations of the place because everything around was pretty empty and very old and quiet, but when we entered the hotel we had the good vibes from the workers and family, the views from the room was so beautiful, workd cannot explain. The breakfast was very varied and tasty, it's not something we had before , it was kind of home food which was very interesting and tasty. Near the hotel there is a soccer field that is available for playing and working out if needed

The place was very nice,convenient and clean. Very close with all the historical sites in the area with a very reasonable price. The owners of the hotel were offering outdoor activities, too,if you want to explore the landscape of the Drinos river valley. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was very comfortable and with a beautiful view. I would definitely recommend the place if you are visiting Gjirokastra.

We was there end of August, the place was amazing and the views of the mountains was breathtaking, , also big plus for the rooms all air-conditioning and super clean. The staff was always pleased to help and meet all our needs , they give us a welcoming bottle off wine wich was really nice , the rooms ware spacious and welcoming , the patio and the pool very relaxing , they have an outside bbq that we definitely used,they can provide the meat and anything else u might need ,, in front of the accommodation they have a a la carte restaurant with amazing food and service and amazing prices value for money , u can also have room service for the food on your patio with your own personal server . Will definitely come back next year and hopefully for a longer stay . Recommended
