The room was spacious and lovely, and the free transfer to and from the airport was such a thoughtful touch that made it much comfortable. Very comfortable and amazing staff. We had booked another hotel but stopped at the Ramada to ask for help as we couldn’t find our hotel. The staff were so helpful and really went out of their way to make sure we found the hotel, that we decided to cancel the hotel we’d booked and check into the Ramada instead. It was a great stay and we were so glad we switched.

I have stayed at several hotels in Yerevan but this one was by far the best. The staff were friendly and willing to help with everything, room size was better than expected plus the view was great. Breakfasts were simple, fresh and delicious. The room was very clean and well-maintained every day of my stay. The location is perfect. There are literally dozens of cafes close by, and you can walk to the Cascade, Republic square and most of the museums. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will be glad to come stay here again.
