I couldn’t be happier with my choice of this hotel! The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable, and our river view room was definitely worth it. The whole stay felt calm and relaxing. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety. The staff were friendly and helpful with everything we needed. It was also great that the hotel provides a shuttle service to Republic Square. The hotel itself and the area around are beautiful — lots of greenery, a river and a small bridge to walk across, even though it’s in the city. I would highly recommend!

Very good experience. The facilities are new and modern with high quality and up-to-date hardware, somewhat like a four-star standard. Room is clean and quite. Keithen is full equipped and very helpful. The front gate has an electronic lock and very safe. Although the location is 3 km away from city center, but In general transprotation is very conveient. Bus stop is 6 mins by walking. 18 mins working to railway station and metro. Manager and staff are very friendly, helpful and responsive. Our flight was in the evening and I stored our luggages in the facility for the whole afternoon safely before I came back to take them. Highly recommended!

The staff and owner are super kind and accommodating. They helped with currency exchange, charger for phone and any other small request we had. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The location of the hotel is very safe, just behind some government building and walking distance from the city's main sights/ markets. The staff was very helpful and polite and the room was very clean. It has almost everyhting read i wish i did not bring all that things with me. The location is ok about 20 minutes walk towards the center and busy area. The shower is nice, clean and with pressured water.

Hotel location is absolutely perfect. It’s so central so very easy to reach all the local attractions. On our were greeted by most welcoming Samson. He was so helpful and very polite. Our check in process was very straight forward. Rooms are very clean and beds extremely comfortable. The purpose of our visit was a special birthday celebration and Samson , Avet and Marek could not be more helpful.
