The nice views, the host and the facilities were all amazing. There was a sauna, two swimming pools and a hot tub, also there was amazing food for breakfast, lunch and diner. We were allowed to pick our own fruits from the orchyard, wich was a great expierence.

A very nice place to keep yourself from Armenia's ruthless sun. There is a swimming pool and a barbeque area. I saw many toys for kids like a trampoline. Nearby, you can go hiking to a lot of beautiful places. Also the owners are very friendly and hospitable people. They keep the place clean and functional.

The location is excellent, a 5-10 min walk to Garni Temple. It's huge, you have a whole apartment here, family sized kitchen with a fridge and cooker, room to sleep up to 5 people. Your own outdoor and indoor dinning area. Even as a solo traveller I appreciated the extra space. It's also feels really authentic for a lack of a better term. Old school decor, wooden floors, decorated columns. I appreciated that about it. The people who run it are also super friendly and communicate well with English. They were very concerned to make sure I wasn't cold so I ended up having such a comfy night's sleep with a tone of blankets and pillows. I can't stress enough how much cheaper this is (especially for what you get) than anywhere else I have been in Armenia. I paid 5600 per night and the only place I have found that is cheaper was a hostel (ie in a bunk in a shared room) that was 4400 a night. This is barely more expensive for a whole apartment. The best deal I got in the whole of Armenia, absolutely would recommend.

The hotel has opened just a couple months back: freshly furnished, very airy and clean. the restaurant serves breakfasts, lunches and dinners a la carte + room service orders. The food is really tasty, the menu combines traditional Armenian flavors and European classics. The hotel is extremely cozy and hospitable . When I booked, I wrote "nice view would be appreciated", but I couldn't believe we've got much better delux room!! There was a panoramic view on the city for all the wall, and we enjoyed it instead of  TV, sitting in comfortable armchairs :) The interior is really pleasant. The breakfast was tasty and nicely served (not buffet). We had all we needed in the room, including kettle, cups, hairdryer, slippers, shampoo,  tea table. There was a small supermarket near the hotel. Everybody in the hotel was sincere, friendly and ready to help. It takes ~30min to go to the center, but its better to take a taxi to come back, because we needed to go up to very steep hill. Anyway taxi on Yerevan had really low price of 2-3 eur!!!

Everything was absolutely amazing at the hotel. Waking up to the view of Mt. Ararat and enjoying a home made, super fresh breakfast. Everyday the breakfast was different and delicious. the staff was not only friendly but super helpful. the person at reception has helped us a lot with Yerevan tips during our stay. rooms are clean and well equiped. the place is well lite during the day.

Stay was amazing and all receptionists ladies was very helpful and accommodating, they had 7 options to choose for breakfast, but I enjoyed every day "Surniki" , got damaged my white dress by leather red bag (surprisingly) but they did their Magic and removed all stains. It seems bit far from centre but location is very quiet and nice near opposite Military school, taxi cost till Cascade & centre was around 12/14 aed (4$), there is alley to walk and visit monastery near by the hotel.
