We are very satisfied with our stay at Igit Plaza! The hotel is very new, modern, and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help. It's conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to get around. We also appreciated the free parking, which was a big plus. Everything one would expect from a decent hotel - all the little extra touches, super clean and a great location (opposite my favourite cafe, Aregak, and the fab Azlamazyan Sisters Gallery). I loved Gyumri and hope to return - if I do, I would definitely stay at this hotel. Two mini suggestions - some hangers in the wardrobe please, and a full length mirror.

Great location, great staff, the hotel is new and extremely clean! The lobby is big and very comfortable! Breakfast is good, difficult to say that it is amazingly delicious but for me it was completely satisfied!
