Friendly staff with all the necessary communication. Big enough room which even without AC was not too bad in the summer heat. Actually quite nice. I was worried about it being too loud close to the road at night but it was nice and quiet even with the window open. Breakfast was good. Good parking. Outside of Vienna (obviously we knew that) but not too bad of a drive and the Kreuzenstein castle (where the Witcher was filmed) is really close by which you could even see from the Hotel.
