All nice, staff very kind, comunication with Christa, was very usefull and nice. Apartment is very nice, the view of nature arround is spectacular, and look the agricoltural jobs, of Christa's family was very interesting and was nice discuss regarding that. So dogs are welcome...and our cocker was very happy :-)

Very involved and friendly owners! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh and great variety! Best breakfast buffet I've ever had! We were there for the 8 course NYE gala dinner, and I can't recommend it enough. Nice spa area, very clean and the saunas are great too!

This place is a dream. We stayed at the junior sweet just for one night. The dinner was outstanding. The staff so friendly and attentive. We used the spa facilities and they were amazing. The garden with the lake access was just too good to be true. We are definitely coming back. We had breakfast in the garden overlooking the mountains.

Great hotel, with amazing frendly stuff and various offer. Great food (breakfast is amazing, lunch is ok, and dinner is again very good, you even get snacks between dinner and lunch). There are a lot of different options for entertaiment (table tennis, pool, pilates, yoga,...). There is a great spa facilities (5 saunas that are for adult and even more saunas for family) and good massages. One of the saunas have the most beautiful look at the lake. Ski slopes are close - Bad Kleinkeircheim is 15 minuts drive away. At one place you have everything you need for a great relaxing or sport vacations. Defenitely we will come back again.

Location was excellent. Our stay included breakfast and dinner, both of which were very good and dinner was different each night. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and all spoke perfect English. The sauna facilities were also excellent.

    The house itself has everything to feel like at home and...

    The house itself has everything to feel like at home and even better. The kitchen is fully equipped ( even with a gadget fridge ), has a nice firework place to relax, the view is over the forest and you can re-connect with the nature. It has even a spa and a relaxation room.

    The heart of Carinthia region, plenty of attractions worth to see, the Gerlitzer mountain, the lakes, the castles, the nature, the activities such as paragliding, etc. One needs to bring own food with him, closest restaurant is at about 10 minutes drive distance.
