Great place and very nice hosts. Here is the moment to mention. ALWAYS CHECK WITH YOUR HOST!!! BOOKING IS NOT PARTICULARLY CORRECT! This year I had the following case: Early booking in January, intended to stay 10 days in July. Money was withdrawn from my card 10 days before my stay, and I received a message from Booking that the host is expecting me. I arrive to the place and other people are being accommodated and I am on the street. In the end, Booking only covered a fraction of my expenses. I was left with stress, anger and higher bills. THANKS TO BOOKING My booking number is 3662606420.

First of all, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, we first had a room in the "Schachner in the park" and then moved into the main building which has a direct access to the spa and the restaurant and bar. The view was absolutely exceptional, with a broad horizon and the autumn colors ....The food was absolutely delightful. The spa with the infinity pool and again the wonderful view was great, as are the possibilities for walks and hiking. We definitely will go back! thank you

The hotel is very well located and has private parking. The room was nicely furnished and very clean, the bed was comfortable and the view from the window was really nice. The gentleman at the reception was kind and friendly, his colleague who assisted us at the breakfast was also very kind and helpful. Breakfast was varied and excellent, with tasty French brie, somon, sourdough bread and organic fruit.

The space was more than adequate for our family, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. All the facilities were exactly as described—everything from the kitchen to the beds and bathroom was well-maintained and fully equipped. We especially appreciated the convenience of having a parking spot right in the courtyard, which made coming and going hassle-free. The location was excellent, being just a short distance from the main attractions in Artstetten, making it easy to explore the area.

We were visiting family friends for the evening in Artstetten, they didn't even know there were rooms available in Artstetten. Found you on booking.com. It meant we could actually stay the whole evening and enjoy a drink and not have to rely on the car. If you are visiting the schloss (castle) and delights of Artstetten it is absolutely central. Room was spacious well kept and tidy, good value for a one night stay.

A lovely little village with a beautiful castle. The castle is just a few steps away from the hotel. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The little shop on the main square next to the apartment was amazing.
