Truly exceptional staff , so friendly and attentive. Beautiful property and accommodation very comfortable and well situated. We had a car which though not essential was a great help and parking undercover convenient and easy Food very generous and variable , we used the gym too which was excellent

The staff were so friendly and very accomodating. The location of the hotel was excellent only minutes to the city centre and gondola. Breakfast was exceptional and the restaurant was of a very high standard.

The hotel was very nice, the rooms were very comfortable with nice balcony, beds comfy, staff super attentive and helpful. Pool and spa was also good. Location perfect - 7-8 minute walk to the center and lifts. Breakfast was also with lots of variety.
