This is not just a nice and small boutique hotel, it is actually a total (and brilliant) concept! Very well thought trough and implemented! Amazing location right at the lake, great design immediately making you feel at home and relaxed; and wonderful staff trying to do everything to make you feel at home. Good and honest food and drinks (breakfast and some dishes for lunch; drinks and snacks at the Honesty Bar). I was also very happy with the charger for my car (Austria is still lagging behind in this respect).

Our flight was delayed so we advised hotel of late arrival. They replied with directions for finding key. Your advertisement was in name of Brandauers Villen Superior. We could not find key at this property and nobody ever mentioned that this hotel was connected under ground with SEEHOTEl, a separate property. We were very distressed and tired. We were surprised that a four star hotel had no night staff on duty . We contacted a friend who came to help and was able to figure out the connection with building next door and found the key. In the envelope with key was a letter giving an emergency number, which was no benefit to us. I tried to point out this issue to receptionist but

    The one thing that made things easier for traveling with the...

    The one thing that made things easier for traveling with the group is there were plugs with USB outlet in every bedroom and the living room. Also the refrigerator was large enough to accommodate groceries so that we did not have to go shopping frequently.
