Incredible service from the receptionist who checked us in and out. She was extremely thoughtful and caring to make sure we had a nice stay. in addition, very nice rooms, very modern styling. the view from the bar balcony at the top of the hotel was incredible. I'll definitely be staying here again if I ever return to innsbruck!

Central location, exceptional room, very pleasant staff, accepts pets and even had a bowl, a blanket, and a small treat already prepared in the room for our dog. Also allows bringing dogs to the breakfast area and the bar.

We loved our stay at this fab location just a short walk from the old town. Parking was great in the underground, perfectly safe and spacious garage. Lovely breakfast with many options. Excellent evening drinks at the same location as breakfast on the balcony with views. Also happy about it being pet friendly, traveling with our dog.
