    Small town, in which people great each others warmly. Close to Feuerkogel - nice ski area and to larger cities - Bad Ischl and Gmunden, for either relaxion visits or shopping. A warm feeling of visiting your grandparents.

    lovely location, great in the summer and if you are there for the dark sky park (for those night photographers, or just astronomy lovers) its perfect. Go on a new moon though as that is when the sky is at its best.

    A beautiful lakeside place.

    A beautiful lakeside place. Not far from many sites and attractions in the lakes area (not more than an hour's drive). About 15 minutes drive from Bad Ischl. The town closes very early in tbe evening.

    I spent there a week of which 3 days were raining an 3 were clear. In the sunny days I had 3 excusions in the mountains and to Hallstatt. Ebensee is a very good starting point for different attractions (cable car lines, lake cruises, museums and other) which are availabe on spot or in the 15-45 minures car drive. The town offers good relation between price and quality.

    The loft was great. The view from the window and terrace is excellent. You have to reckon with the fact that sometimes the staff needs to come to you, they have a store with bedding. A tea kettle and mugs were missing, but they lent us everything at my request. The hotel has its own free parking a little further down, but it was almost always occupied. There is a paid parking at 1 min walk next to the police station: 6 euro day and 1 euro night.

    Very decent hotel. Without luxuries, the hotel is not the newest. But for that price I didn't expect it will be so nice. Big plus for kind staff, great breakfast (and kid's corner in the dinning room!) and of course localisation: we could walk to the lake, children's playground.

    Very large appartment in a quiet place. It was very comfortable and warm. The owner very friendly. We enjoyed the stay and had a beautiful New Years Eve in Ebensee.
