We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfectly in order — the apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and the location was ideal for a relaxing family holiday. We truly appreciated the calm atmosphere and attention to detail. The registration at the reception was very quick and friendly. The receptionist Philipp gave me full information about hotel and Velden area, that was very helpful. Also he upgrades the room. The room was vey clean and modern, in light colors as I like. I like the bathroom and shower with all nesessary detailes. Also I like slippers that had there own fabric, not like in other hotels. Room had a big balcony to very quet yard, that was surprising in the middle of the town. At breakfast was all that you need, incuding salmon and variety of fruits. The lobby of hotel looks modern, photos enclosed

    The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was diverse and well presented. Their home made jams are also very delicious. There is a fridge downstairs where you could put your self bought lunch and drinks( shop is just around the corner) or you could buy a cold drink from their fridge. There is a private beach and access to the lake just around the back at short walking distance. We were there for the European bike week and the hotel offered secure,sheltered and locked, parking for our bikes.

    The hotel is in a quiet location with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. The staff is very kind and friendly both at the reception and in the restaurant. There is plenty of space in the sauna area. A great place for relaxation.Is possible to rent a regular bike for free.

    Very nice room, terrace, the whole hotel is cozy. The owners are very kind. Everyone can find program around the lake, close to the hotel or in the hotel.
