Half board included a great breakfast and a 5 course well planned and beautifully cooked evening meal. The wellness centre was a good pool and saunas to suit all requirements. Staff were conscientious in checking your drink charges for the evening meals were accurate and table service was quick and efficient for the many courses. Individual group needs were always effortlessly supported. Reception was amazingly supportive for multiple enquires, day sightseeing planning and organising transport.

This place is a little gem in a beautiful location. Lovely clean rooms. Our host was fantastic and very friendly. We had some of the best food in the restaurant and breakfast was excellent 😋. Wish we could move in.

Everything! Quiet, comfortable beds, helpful and happy staff. Breakfast was amazing. The village of Ladis is perfect location. The cable cars take you all across the mountains of the 3 villages, so much to do up there for families and individuals.

    I was here for just 1 night...the hotel was very good, but I haven't seen much of the village, because I had to leave the next morning. So I haven't seen much of Fendels. The hotel is a friendly place, also for children!

    We booked this hotel to ski in Serfaus. Way from the hotel to the Serfaus parking is 25 minutes by the car. That was ok. This is very small family hotel with only 16 rooms. It is managed by the family. They are very friendly, but don't speak english at all, however inexplicably speak with you German even knowing you can't understand anything. Service is nothing special. Just bed and breakfast. But price for value is very adequate.

    It was a super pleasant week. The staff are always helpful. The place is fantastic for winter activities, you have everything practically on the hotel's doorstep. A few minutes and you are already on the ski lift. Good accommodation and good internet connection. Great value for money.

    One of the best hotels I have been! Unbelievable price quality. Not new but clean and funtionable. Junior suite with views! Wellness and saunas, pool and Finnish sauna! Nice dinner and cosy bar. So good breakfast! This place is a hidden gem!!
