The room and bathroom were clean. Pictures represent reality. Room is very worm. Staff is polite and friendly. Public transportation is literally outside the Bassena hotel, including Airport Shuttle. We didn’t try the breakfast, hence, cannot comment on that.

I had a wonderful stay at Meliá Hotel in Vienna. The hospitality was exceptional – the staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The location is ideal, close to major attractions and public transport. My room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The food was a highlight, especially the breakfast buffet, which offered a delicious variety of fresh options to start the day. Overall, a fantastic experience. And I would like to give a big thank to Luara and Rania for their wonderful assists and support.

    The hotel is minimalist, but they go above and beyond with the breakfast, offering a wide variety of options included in the room price. The vending machines for drinks and snacks were a convenient touch as well. My only concern was the lack of staff after hours, which made me worried about forgetting my key card, as there’s no way to enter without it once the doors are locked. Overall, great value for the price, especially with the breakfast and convenience of the facilities.”
