We arrived late at night and first had an issue with check in which could spoil our experience, however the staff acted so well to resolve the issue, that we had no hard feelings about it and got some valuable benefits as an apology as well. The hotel was quite central, only a 20 minute walk to the centre of Linz. Parking is underground of the hotel which is very convenient and free of charge, a welcome bonus. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, a spacious shower room and the bed was extremely comfortable. We have stayed in B & B hotels in both Austria and France and have always found them to be cost effective for the excellent facilities and comfort.
