It was easily highlight of our stay in Austria. It was a short scenic walk from the train station. The rooms were very spacious and well lit with a big balcony. The space was managed well and the bathrooms are huge. The triple room #29 had river and mountain view separated by a secluded bike trail. The breakfast was great with a lot of vegetarian options. We preferred having our breakfast out in the garden but they also had cozy wooden seating inside the property. Laura, Sonja and the resident dogs Ella & Lucy were very gracious hosts. They told us about the history of the place which offered us good perspective about the culture and local food. They even offered to help us plan our day and recommended some excellent places to dine at. They also provided us with City Card which came in very handy while using the bus to explore Innsbruck. We would gladly stay here again!

The hotel's location is great, Swarovski Kristallwelten is basically next door. With the Mobility card provided by the staff, we could use the public transportation even to Innsbruck while the car was in the parking garage at the hotel. We especially liked the floor heating in the bathroom, because it warmed us up after a chilly day.

Clean and tidy room. The lady boss was beautiful and wore a traditional Austrian dress the day we checked in. Good breakfast. We miss the alpacas, especially the one named Huberta. She was so cute, shy and very observant. The hotel has a very nice view from the alpacas little hut. There’s a church nearby, and you can hear the peaceful bells occasionally.

The friendly and extremely helpful staff. Wonderful setting. Beautifully laid out. Good breakfast with the ability to enjoy it indoors or outside on the terrace. Rooms comfortable and nicely decorated. Excellent location for visiting surrounding areas. The helpful and courteous staff also contributed to the pleasant stay. Very much appreciated. Thank you.     What did we like, the Al;penhotel was brilliant had to pay extra for our room but with what was available for one night was plenty the view was worth it. Had a meal in the restaurant which we both enjoyed and the waiter was brilliant. Plenty to choose from at breakfast also staff very helpful even the cleaner gave me more coffee pods, we would deffo go back when travelling through : )

    Beautiful hotel! It had everything we needed, plus they allowed dogs, which was great. The room had a breathtaking view directly of the mountains, and the breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of food. The staff were wonderful—very friendly and helpful.
