Our 2 nights stay was great beyond words, we were so impressed by the service provided by Charlie at the front desk. He is an excellent staff, so caring, lots of initiative, so helpful, unfortunately we didnt manage to thank hiim personally before we left. We were told by Lukas that Charlie is not on duty but he will convey the message to him. The room service was great too, fast and efficient. The shower was the best. Room was really comfortable, The hotel is centrally located, walking distance to all popular destination. I will be staying here whenever i visit Innsbruck.

We stayed only one night but it was an amazing experience. Everyone extremely nice and friendly. Delicious breakfast with so many options. Plus the perfect natural flowers on every table 🙏.
