Everything was perfect. Clean, new hotel, friendly staff, warm rooms, has all cosmetics for basic hygiene. The best breakfast ever we had in a hotel. The hotel is right next to the highway, easy to find and quick to reach from the city - in less than 10 minutes. There no noise from the road, because the sound insulation is perfect. We will be your guests again!

It’s very cozy family hotel in beautiful quiet place. Very good breakfast, swimming pool is cool benefit. Playground for kids. Good restaurant here. And very and very soft pillows and blankets. Charming hotel with exquisite and refined decor. Cozy, clean, and comfortable rooms. They also include a kettle and tea, herbal infusions, and coffee; a detail I really appreciate in a property. The breakfast buffet is great with a large variety of options. The hotel restaurant is also open for dinner. Loved their artisan pizzas. On a special note, I would like to thank Lisa, a staff member from reception, for her kindness and her professionalism. I highly recommend Rufi's Hotel and will definitely stay here if I ever come back to Innsbruck.

Newish hotel having been bought by the current owners and massively modernised and rebuilt in 2018, so feels very new still. Good sized room. We had a balcony and a valley view, which is more expensive, but worth it. Hotel staff are very courteous. Bathrooms are super luxurious with rainwater shower head, the biggest I have seen. In house restaurant provides a wide range of fare at all normal hours. Very convenient tram stop less than 100m away.

What an incredible location! The views were outstanding and probably some of the best I've seen from a hotel. The room was spacious, clean with comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff along with delicious food. Will most definitely be coming back in the future. Highly recommended!

    Perfect place and wonderful hosts. A quiet and peaceful place off the beaten track, perfect for relaxing from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment is new and clean, well-equipped. I definitely recommend it.
