Wow, wow and again wow! One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! Pure paradise! They are looking for every detail from A to Z. The view is incredible and the pool and spa are amazing!

The hotel is so so pretty, with such a warm and comfy vibe. The staff was very friendly, the nature was beautiful and the food was exceptional! We loved the dinner menu, so delicious 🙌 The room was big and comfortable, very nice views and the location was great! I would recommend 😁

Very friendly and helpful personell. We travelled as a family with our 5 year old son. We went there for hicking and I got from the reception the best recommendation on where to go. The hotel is clean, modern, quiet, with a personal touch in every room. The breakfast had everything we wanted and a cozy atmosphere. Also the restaurant in the evening was a pleasure. It is situatued right in the center of Großarl, which makes it very easy to either go for a hike right there or take the bus. I would come back again, any season.

The hotel was great! Very friendly staff and owners, location very nearby Grossarl and ski lifts. Breakfast and evening meals were good, more than sufficient and for the children separate menu's were available. Our family room was clean, spacious had a perfect layout with a small separate mezzanine where the children slept. Last but not least, there was an issue with our stay dates and they kindly asked us to arrive and leave a day earlier. We accepted this and as a thank you we received a voucher to spend in the hotel bar. We recommend staying there, we will come again if we go back to Grossarl. Well done Hotel Schiederhof!

Amazing stay. Excellent food (breakfast + dinner), very clean, renovated room that was waaay bigger and nicer than I was expecting for a single, and very nice wellness facility. Top location for pretty much everything in the area (hiking, skiing, shopping, bus while also quiet). The staff was also extremely welcoming and helpful. Can't go wrong here.

    Grossarl is a booming ski town but in June 2023 the part west of the river was essentially a huge building site. However it was great for mountain walking once away from the town itself. With a guest card (free from your accommodation) one can travel on local buses in the valley for 1 Euro per person per trip! There is a very adequate Billa supermarket.

    Very friendly and supportive staff. The hotel rooms look newly renewed, the beds are comfortable and the sceneries in the mountain valley are breathtaking. The staff is friendly and very supportive, they go above and beyond when it comes to helping their guests. There was a mix-up with the room I had booked and the room I was checked into. But the staff quickly found a solution to offer us the best solution. Even at the breakfast, the staff makes sure that all the guest have what they need. This feels like a 5-star hotel, would defiantly book a stay at this hotel again.

    The location is amazing, perfect view, in mytraditional building. Balcony is shared with 2 other apartments. Apartment was very nice, spacious, clean, well equiped. The view was amazing, and location is great for hiking an exploring, 15min down to the village. There is a hotel 3min walk where you can take diner. Owner was nice, she speaks english and she makes a fresh bred for us every day. In the village is a swimming pool which was great in the summer hot, after hiking:)

    I recently stayed at this hotel “Das Diellehen” and was thoroughly impressed. The property is impeccably clean and exudes a cosy, warm atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the fantastic host, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone seeking a delightful getaway while enjoying the fantastic view of the alps.

    Perfect hotel, modern furnishings and nice size rooms, Staff always very friendly, house keeping daily. Great breakfast choices too. Location perfect for skiing, a free ski bus stops right outside the hotel every 15 mins and takes you straight to the slopes. Also shops, bakery’s and restaurants round the corner. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again in the future

    Beautiful hotel, with an incredible view from the window. We checked in late at night and in the morning I was amazed at the panorama right from the bed. The staff were incredibly helpful and helped with the late check in, thank you very much. Would highly recommend the hotel, the whole family were very pleased.
